About: Ned’s Club Washington, DC is looking for a Head Chef to lead the team at Kaia, an Asian-Pacific-inspired restaurant on the rooftop with stunning views of the White House, US Treasury, and Washington Monument. The establishment is part of The Ned and Ned’s Club, a global collection of hotels, clubs, spas, and restaurants aimed at providing a meeting and working place for like-minded individuals.
Requirements: High standards and experience in a culinary leadership role in an Asian restaurant concept; Proven track record in kitchen leadership and outstanding food and people management; Impeccable record-keeping skills for safety and audit standards; Ability to support the Executive Chef in delivering excellent financial performance; Creative flair for seasonal menu changes and food design; Calm demeanor and passion for exceptional guest service; Desire to learn and progress towards an Executive Chef role
