Position: Junior Sous Chef – Up to $75k

Requirements: 3+ years experience in a similar kitchen leadership role, preferably in an upscale, high-end environment; skilled in managing inventory, schedules, and food safety compliance; strong ability to train staff and maintain high culinary standards; have extensive experience in a la carte expediting, ensuring smooth and efficient service during high-volume shifts
