Requirements: At least three (3) years of culinary experience in a high-volume, high-quality operation; Graduate of an accredited culinary school or apprenticeship program preferred; Food Handlers Card required; Proficiency in using and demonstrating proper knife and kitchen equipment usage; Solid understanding of food preparation fundamentals; Effective communication skills; Basic arithmetic competence; Strong problem-solving abilities; Knowledge of sanitation standards; Ability to operate kitchen equipment proficiently; Capacity to work under pressure and in confined spaces; Familiarity with food cost management and reducing waste
