Position: Junior Sous Chef

About: The Congressional Country Club, a large resort/hotel-style culinary team with multiple outlets, a pastry kitchen, and a banquet operation, is seeking a Junior Sous Chef. The club values continuous development and promotion from within, striving for positive impact through teamwork and a belief in achieving the impossible.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 5 years experience as a cook in a hotel or resort, preferred; strong communication skills, verbal and written; minimum of 2 years in a lead line cook or other relevant roles; ServSafe certified; ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
