Position: Junior Sous Chef

This is a full-time on-site role located in Houston, TX for a Junior Sous Chef at VAM Foods. The Junior Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting with food preparation, cooking, and overseeing kitchen operations. This role will involve collaborating with the culinary team to create and execute traditional Mexican dishes.
Requirements: Culinary skills in food preparation and cooking; Knowledge of traditional Mexican cuisine and ingredients; Experience working in a kitchen environment; Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately; Team player with strong communication skills; Attention to detail and quality; Food safety and sanitation knowledge; Formal culinary education or training is a plus
