Requirements: Diploma or Higher-level qualification from hotel school or equivalent / WSET Level 3; Extensive Food & Beverage Experience within a luxury setting; Excellent communication skills, effective management, leadership, organizational and communications skills; Ability to assemble, analyze, understand integrated spreadsheets and complex technical information; Strong presentation skills; Good command of spoken and written English, additional language a plus; Wine Qualifications
