Position: Job Title: Maintenance Manager – Cosmetic & Dietary Supplement Industry

We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Manager to join our team and oversee the maintenance operations of our manufacturing facility. We are located on 57 N 1380 W in Orem, UT.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role within the cosmetic, dietary supplement, or related manufacturing industries; Strong knowledge of GMPs, FDA regulations, and safety standards relevant to the cosmetic and dietary supplement industries; Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team of maintenance professionals; Expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining automated machinery, PLCs, electrical systems, and other manufacturing equipment; Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to work independently and in a team environment; Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies is a plus
