About: JT’s Restaurant is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join their team. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to oversee the operation, maximize sales/profitability, develop staff, and ensure the overall success of the restaurant. This role involves managing food and inventory control, controlling expenses, and maintaining high standards of food preparation, cleanliness, and customer service at all times.
Requirements: High school graduate or GED preferred; knowledge of health department standards helpful; previous food handling and food service experience preferred; ability to develop positive working relationships with team members; maintain a professional appearance and enthusiastic approach to tasks; follow recipes and sanitation guidelines
