Position: Jeff Temp – Program Coordinator, Volunteer Events & Sponsorships Team
About: Jefferson’s in-house temp service, JeffTemps, is seeking a Program Coordinator to support their Community Impact Department. The role involves managing volunteer events, coordinating sponsorships, and assisting in community outreach programs. This full-time position requires a flexible schedule, including weekends, to accommodate community event needs. The location is 1101 Market Street, 21st Floor, Phila PA 19107.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as nonprofit management, event planning, public relations, or community engagement) preferred; proven experience in event planning, community outreach, or sponsorship management; proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups; ability to work a flexible schedule, be onsite, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate volunteer events and community activities.
