Requirements: Minimum of three years of fine dining and high-volume restaurant experience; passion for food, wine and service; mastery of tableside etiquette; basic math skills; ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, stand for prolonged periods of time and climb steps regularly
