Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; proven experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets preferred; passion for delivering outstanding customer service; strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems
