Position: Java IVR Consultant
About: Diverse Lynx LLC is a company seeking a candidate with operational experience in IVR (Interactive Voice Response) and CTI (Computer-Telephone Integration), proficiency in VXML (Voice eXtensible Markup Language), call center domain knowledge, Java proficiency, database and Cloud AWS knowledge, with OpenShift experience being preferable.
