Position: Janitor / Maintenance Person
About: Mackin Educational Resources is currently seeking a full-time Janitorial/Bindery Machine Maintenance Person to join their team. Employees enjoy a climate-controlled work environment and the opportunity to work in a safety-conscious manner with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate should possess a thorough understanding of commercial Maintenance/Janitorial processes.
Requirements: Highschool Diploma or GED; 1+ years of janitorial experience; Previous commercial machine maintenance experience a plus; Basic understanding of building mechanical/electrical functions; Ability to handle daily or regularly scheduled building upkeep; Ability to understand and follow verbal and written directions; Ability to lift 30-50 pounds regularly throughout shift; Must be able to prioritize work; Must possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently
