Position: Janitor/Maintenance Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent typically required; knowledge of standard cleaning methods and procedures; experience with cleaning equipment and chemicals preferred; effective communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; familiarity with safety protocols and material safety data sheets; detail-oriented and able to work overtime occasionally; physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods; comfortable with basic landscaping and maintenance tasks.
