Position: Jackson, MS – Assistant Event Marketing Manager

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience; experience within event marketing or a related field; experience in lead generation and/or experiential marketing; knowledge of current best practices and new strategies for event marketing; ability to work evenings and/or weekends and pre-scheduled events; experience recruiting, onboarding, and training marketing and show staff; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment; detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
