Position: Jack In The Box – Restaurant Management

About: Jack in the Box, a fast-food restaurant chain known for its diverse menu and unique offerings, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead their team. The ideal candidate will prioritize people management while ensuring the highest standard of customer service and operational excellence in line with Jack in the Box’s values and culture.

Requirements: High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Internal Promote: Minimum of 1+ years experience as an Associate Manager and/or 2 years experience as a First Assistant Manager; must be 100% certified in all workstations. External Recruit: Minimum of 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility. Must be at least 18 years old; must complete Restaurant Manager training classes; must be ServSafe certified. Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English; good organization and planning skills; proficient knowledge of personal computers and related software applications; valid driver’s license and insurance required.
