Position: Jack in the Box – Assistant Manager

About: As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will oversee restaurant operations in conjunction with, or in the absence of, the Restaurant Manager. Your responsibilities include recruiting, selecting, training, and developing restaurant employees while fostering a fun and friendly environment. Manage daily activities to ensure excellent customer service, and utilize management tools to analyze operational and financial performance.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English. Demonstrates high ethical standards; treats employees and guests with respect; actively listens and communicates timely, clearly, and accurately with the management team and crew. Remains calm under pressure, effectively manages conflict, and shows a strong awareness of food quality, safety, and cleanliness. Capable of lifting and carrying 10-50 lbs, standing and walking 85%-95% of the shift, moving freely throughout the restaurant, operating restaurant equipment, driving a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance. Additionally, should possess the qualifications of a Team Member, Team Leader, and Assistant Manager II. E-Verify Employer.
