Position: J Resort – Lead Baker

The company is currently seeking a Lead Baker for the All-New J Resort, a full-service hotel-casino in Reno with over 500 rooms, a wide variety of Slots and Table Games, original art, live music, bold flavors, luxurious accommodations, and exciting casino action.
Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience; Minimum of five years of experience working in a professional bakery environment; Basic computer skills, math skills, and proficiency in English; Ability to follow written and oral instructions; Strong communication and teamwork skills; Flexibility with scheduling; Culinary Arts degree and Food Service Manager’s Certification preferred; Supervision and leadership experience preferred; Legal right to work in the United States
