Position: Italian Saute Chef
About: We operate two Italian specialty restaurants in Old Town Tustin. Our Micro Brewery & Italian Eatery, Centro, specializes in Neapolitan style pizza and charcuterie, while Storico Spaghetteria is a full-service restaurant and bar known for Fresh Pasta dishes and grilled meats. A new concept combining these two themes is in development in Old Town Orange. Our commitment to Authentic Italian cuisine is evident through our frequent trips to Italy and dedication to using the finest imported ingredients that highlight the natural flavors of each dish.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; extensive experience in Authentic Italian Cuisine; proven experience as a Sous Chef and exceptional ability in kitchen management; comfortable in a fast-paced environment; strong English communication skills; familiarity with speaking Spanish; ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds; availability for 6 days a week including weekends; 8 years of experience in Italian Culinary required; 2 years of experience in kitchen management required
