Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent professional experience; 3-5 years of hands-on IT support experience in a retail or eCommerce environment; ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting; strong problem-solving and communication skills
