Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; at least 2 years of experience in guest service and communications; creative thinker and problem solver; excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy; strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs; ability to constantly walk, climb stairs, lift and carry 50 lbs or more, and occasionally sit.
