Position: Inventory Planning Analyst
About: The Inventory, Planning and Replenishment Analyst position is within the Supply Chain department and involves partnering with merchants to develop and implement inventory strategies that maximize sales and inventory productivity for a merchandising category. The Analyst works closely with merchants, vendors, stores, transportation, distribution, and sourcing to achieve team goals and ensure in-stock positions and inventory management. This role also includes creating accurate SKU forecasts, developing inventory and replenishment strategies, managing parameters for each category, achieving target in-stock levels and planned inventory turns, and making recommendations to enhance inventory productivity. The Analyst collaborates with stores and field leadership to implement category strategies effectively.
Requirements: Must be eighteen years of age or older; Must be legally permitted to work in the United States; BA/BS degree preferred; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required; Ability to handle data analysis and interpretation efficiently; Knowledge of statistics and quantitative data analysis preferred; Ability to communicate analysis and recommendations effectively
