Position: Inventory Manager

About: This position involves managing inventory levels for consumable and non-consumable goods onboard a maritime vessel, including food and beverage supplies, cleaning and sanitation products, guest amenities, retail merchandise, and operational equipment. The role requires developing and implementing inventory control policies, procedures, and systems to ensure accurate tracking, monitoring, and replenishment of inventory items across multiple departments and storage locations.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred; years of experience in inventory management, procurement, or supply chain operations, preferably in the hospitality, retail, or maritime industry; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in inventory management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and inventory control; excellent organizational and time management skills; strong communication and interpersonal skills; knowledge of inventory control principles, valuation methods, and best practices; familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards for inventory management
