Position: Inventory and Expense Control Manager
About: The Inventory and Expense Control Manager ensures the completeness and accuracy surrounding the allocation of facilities and maintenance expenses at all THA RAD properties. This position plays a crucial role in managing and maintaining facilities and maintenance expenses in Yardi to ensure accurate and efficient expense processing. The Inventory and Expense Control Manager coordinates the efficient ordering, storage, and allocation of materials inventories, ensures compliance with agency policies, generates reports, provides support to Facilities Supervisors on budgets, and proposes process improvements regarding expense allocation and materials management.
Requirements: Associates degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Accounting or closely related field; four (4) years equivalent combination of education and training which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities; experience with Microsoft Office products, particularly a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel; Yardi (Facilities) experience; demonstrate analytical curiosity; excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
