Position: Interim Health and Wellness Director
About: Stellar Senior Living is a premier assisted living and memory care provider in the Western United States. Founded in 2012, the company has experienced consistent growth, adding senior living communities to its family each year. Stellar Senior Living continues to expand and is currently seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to fill the interim (temporary) Health and Wellness Director position at their large senior living community in Farrington Court. The Director of Health and Wellness will oversee the wellness department, which includes assisted living and memory care services.
Requirements: Licensed Registered Nurse (RN); Experience in Assisted Living, Geriatric Nursing, Gerontology, and/or Dementia Care; Strong leadership skills in developing care teams and achieving great outcomes; Demonstrated ability in budgeting and cost control; Knowledge of service planning, medication management, infection control, and safety procedures; Ability to promote teamwork, leadership, team member empowerment, and responsiveness to residents
