Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience applying knowledge of programs, operations, and administrative policies and procedures; considerable experience with technology, including MS Office; experience in managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment; ability to read, write, and communicate in English and Spanish; call center experience; knowledge of Medicaid programs; experience with case management systems
