Position: Intake + Scheduling Specialist

As an Intake + Scheduling Specialist at BCD Meetings & Events, you will play a crucial role in coordinating meeting and event spaces to meet client needs efficiently and maximize venue utilization while ensuring client satisfaction and seamless event execution.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, event management, or related field (preferred); previous experience in customer service, hospitality, event planning, or related field; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong organizational and time management abilities; attention to detail and problem-solving skills; proficiency in scheduling software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word)
