Specializing in cleaning Trash/Linen Chutes, Air Ducts, Exhaust Vents, and Dryer Lines, Chute Master’s services are essential for building maintenance. With Sales and Service divisions focused on maintaining efficiency and safety in buildings, the company is dedicated to property quality, health, safety, and air quality.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Facilities Management/Maintenance experience is a plus; Collegiate/University Housing/Plant Operations experience is a plus; Hospitality experience is a plus; Proven track record in Sales is a plus; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Reliable transportation and valid Driver’s License
