Position: Inside Sales Specialist
About: The company hosting the hiring event is a Distribution Center located at 2501 Green Ln, Levittown, PA 19057. The Total Access Specialist role involves retaining existing customer sales, driving gross margin growth, and new customer attainment by managing a portfolio of customers and prospects through proactive customer touch, effective negotiation, and deliberate territory planning using the company’s CRM system.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent required; prior sales experience/customer service at Airgas; strong self-motivation; ability to interact well with others; able to work well as a member of a team; excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines; occasional travel required; college degree preferred; industrial distribution or knowledge of PPE, Welding and Gases preferred.
