Position: Inside Sales Representative
About: We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative at our Chattanooga, TN location to provide outstanding account management and customer service to existing and new customers. The individual in this role will primarily represent mechanical and power transmission lines, handle communications, quotations, customer account building, and provide excellent customer service. This position requires the ability to identify customer needs and offer solutions from all product lines. As part of a team supporting the customer base and outside sales in the southeastern region, responsibilities include sales administration, communication, and goal achievement.
Requirements: High school diploma preferred; one year or more of mechanical sales experience highly preferred; computer use competency including Outlook, Microsoft products, Excel experience a plus; strong communication and interpersonal skills; self-motivated and driven; excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to function well in a high-paced environment; previous knowledge of bearings, PT, and MRO products recommended
