Position: Inside Sales Representative
About: IIA Fire Equipment Services has over 45 years of experience performing inspections and non-destructive testing services. They provide fire hose, fire pump and nozzle/appliance testing services to fire stations as well as aerial and lift device inspections and certifications to a variety of companies, public and private utilities, and municipalities across the US and Canada.
Requirements: High school degree or equivalent; strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred; excellent verbal and written communication skills; energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor; self-motivated and self-directed, but flexible to adapt to changing strategies; persuasive and goal oriented; able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently; ability to work independently or as an active member of a team; in-depth understanding of company services and position in the industry; tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude; knowledge of sales process from initiation to close; eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories; previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, industry experience or related sales experience preferred
