Position: Inside Sales Representative
About: The Inside Sales Representative works as an ambassador responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers via telephone calls and digital communication. They must provide excellent customer experience and develop product knowledge to support customers effectively.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; College degree in marketing or related field is a plus. Sales/Customer Service experience; Solid communication and interpersonal skills; Self-starter; Detail-oriented; Excellent understanding of sales principles and customer service practices; Ability to multi-task and remain flexible; Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic; Ability to think outside the box; Adherence to the Employee Handbook and Code of Conduct.
