About: A Security Analyst position is available in Springfield, MA, with a focus on protecting Financial Employees, customers, and digital assets from cyber threats. The team operates in a fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative environment, working together to identify and eradicate threats by leveraging knowledge of threat actor tactics and innovative technology solutions.
Requirements: High level knowledge of Cybersecurity attack and defense techniques; Understanding of living off the land techniques used by adversaries, including tools like PowerShell, WMIC, Task Scheduler, and Windows Registry; Interest in continuous learning and a passion for Cybersecurity; Ability to apply problem-solving skills to support analysis and detection efforts; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Experience and confidence in communicating with and presenting to senior leadership; Ability to work a 4×10 shift schedule; Associate’s degree in a related field; Certifications in CISSP, CISM, CISA, GCIH, GIAC; Knowledge and practical experience with the MITRE Telecommunications framework; Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or other scripting languages; Functional knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux); Understanding of container technologies like Docker or Kubernetes; Experience with a SIEM platform; Understanding of web application vulnerabilities such as XSS, CSRF, SQL Injection, command injection, and serialization attacks; Strong understanding of web authentication flows like SAML and OAUTH; Understanding of automated attacks like credential stuffing and site scraping.
