Position: Indoor Family Park Attendant – Andover YMCA
About: The Young Men’s Christian Association of Wichita, Kansas is seeking for an Indoor Family Park Attendant to provide a safe and fun-filled experience for all participants utilizing the park and pavilion areas under the supervision of the Program Director.
Requirements: Minimum age of 21; Relevant experience working with children; Experience teaching a skills class; Must be able to routinely perform physical activities; Must possess and demonstrate maturity, patience, dependability, and sound judgment; Problem-solving, organizational, and task management skills; Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team; Neat and professional appearance required; Commitment to YMCA mission, vision, and values; Attend New Employee Orientation within 30 days of hire; Complete CPR/AED and First Aid certifications; Work flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
