Position: Individuals in Custody (IIC) Services Supervisor

About: Cook County Sheriff’s Office is looking for an Individuals in Custody (IIC) Services Supervisor to oversee daily services provided to detainees in housing units and the central administrative office. The Supervisor will ensure staff compliance, resolve conflicts, and recommend improvements to operations and services.

Requirements: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree; Two (2) years of professional work experience in social work, social science, education, or legal setting; Experience as a Correctional Rehabilitation Worker or Law Librarian; Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; Capability to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends; Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills; Good communication and problem-solving skills; Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
