Position: Individual Giving Manager

The Institute utilizes various advocacy tools, including research, public education, grassroots organizing, and legislative strategies, to advance racial and social justice initiatives.
Requirements: At least four years of experience in nonprofit development or a comparable role; strong commitment to social, racial, and economic justice; exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; experience with CRM databases for fundraising data management; strong organizational and time management skills; self-motivation and ability to work independently; ability to cultivate relationships and engage with donors
