Position: Individual Giving Manager
About: The New Jersey Institute for Social Justice, located in Newark, NJ, is a cutting-edge racial justice organization dedicated to empowering people of color by building reparative systems in New Jersey. The Institute utilizes various advocacy tools, including research, public education, grassroots organizing, and legislative strategies, to advance racial and social justice initiatives.
Requirements: At least four years of experience in nonprofit development or a comparable role; strong commitment to social, racial, and economic justice; exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; experience with CRM databases for fundraising data management; strong organizational and time management skills; self-motivation and ability to work independently; ability to cultivate relationships and engage with donors
