Requirements: A fulltime Indian cook who is energetic, hard-working, organized, and familiar with working in a fast-paced environment; A minimum of 2 years of experience in the kitchen, preferably with a large production volume; Knowledge of ingredients, measuring techniques, mixing methods, kitchen equipment, and cooking times; Certificate in culinary arts or a relevant field is desirable; Must have flexibility to work various shifts according to business needs.
