About: Grocery Outlet Bargain Market, one of the largest extreme-value grocery retailers in the United States, is seeking experienced grocery and retail managers to independently run a Grocery Outlet location. Grocery Outlet is a family-oriented, rapidly growing company with over 520 stores open and operating since 1946, committed to helping customers save big. The company is led by the third generation of the Read family and currently has over 520 stores across the West Coast and Mid-Atlantic, trading publicly on Nasdaq.
Requirements: 4 years of retail management experience; Experience overseeing a large team including hiring and training; Detail-oriented, analytical, ability to think quickly and extremely results-oriented; Creative problem-solver; Experience with merchandising displays; Interest in autonomy and being able to make your own decisions for your retail store
