Position: Inbound Teleservice Representatives
About: Physicians Mutual is currently hiring for professional full-time Customer Service positions. Inbound Teleservice Representatives will handle calls from Policyowners, addressing inquiries on new business, available coverage, claim status, and policy adjustments.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; direct customer service experience preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office; strong communication skills; willingness to learn insurance procedures and products; adept at problem-solving and handling complex customer issues; reliable attendance and adherence to schedules
