Position: In-Store Merchandising Specialist
About: Scotts Miracle-Gro, a leading provider of gardening and lawn care products, is seeking a Seasonal Merchandiser to join their Field Sales team. The role involves executing merchandising directives and re-sets in big box retailers like Home Depot and Lowe’s, providing product knowledge to customers and store associates, and communicating inventory opportunities to the Scotts Sales team.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in retail, merchandising, or stocking preferred; problem-solving and service-oriented attitude; ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends; ability to operate company-provided technology; current valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; physical ability to walk, stand, climb ladders, lift weights, and work in varied weather conditions
