Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to work independently in a retail environment; willingness to approach, speak, and engage with customers; driven personality with a competitive spirit to exceed goals; sales experience preferred; availability to work weekend, high-volume, retail hours and some holidays; ability to stand/walk during shift duration; clean appearance to represent the ARS brand; reliable transportation; minimum age requirement of 18 years old
