Position: In Room Dining Manager
About: The In Room Dining Manager will ensure that the operations run smoothly and efficiently in In-Room Dining. In this role, the In Room Dining Manager will be responsible for ensuring the guests have an enjoyable dining experience and maximum profitability is achieved. The manager will lead all aspects of the business, transforming the current in-room dining offerings to be more desirable and marketable.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a luxury restaurant or hotel working in a management capacity in the food and beverage division, budget planning and management, forecasting, and revenue management; Ability to communicate well with all levels of management, staff, and guests; Union Experience a plus; Self-starter; creative; independent, but team-oriented; presentation and problem-solving skills; analytical; socially adept; detail-oriented and organized; goals and results-oriented; articulate; Vision of quality food and beverage concept, limitless energy, and motivation to succeed; positive and “can-do” professional attitude.
