Position: In Room Dining Captain
About: The Room Service Supervisor at Rosen Hotels & Resorts is responsible for ensuring the quality of the food and beverages delivered to guests’ rooms. They supervise the room service area, motivating employees and ensuring optimal service levels. The Room Service Supervisor also assists in the development of marketing initiatives and menu items to stimulate sales growth while providing outstanding guest service based on Company Standards.
Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently; 6+ months of server experience; Must be able to legally work in the USA; High school diploma or equivalent preferred
