As a Marketing Representative In House, you would be responsible for receiving pre-arrival allocations of upcoming arrivals of Hilton Grand Vacations Club Members, RCI exchangers, renters, and marketing identified customers staying on the property. Calls will be made to these assigned leads before they arrive offering customer/marketing services and inviting all arrivals that are eligible on a qualified timeshare sales presentation during their stay. You would provide customer services to all guests projecting a professional company image. After the guests check-in, you will conduct in-room calls to owners, renters, and exchanges to book them on a presentation if they were not collected at face-to-face at check-in. You will be responsible for following up and providing customer service. Champion Hilton quality customer care culture throughout all Marketing channels. Handle personal workloads and update reports accordingly. Distribute only HGV authorized information, collateral, and materials. Maintain location operating standards. Follow gifting procedures. Support guest and concierge service. Assist with tour or marketing related issues. Communicate guest needs to resort operations and support a positive guest experience. Confirm appointments with guests to ensure tour reservations and improve show rate. Responsible for ensuring all marketing initiatives are being delivered. Build and cultivate a team environment.

Requirements: Must be available to work weekends, holidays, mornings, nights, and any other days/hours as required per business needs; carries out all reasonable requests by management; requires intermediate Microsoft Office & Operating system knowledge
