Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ years of administrative immigration experience, preferably with handling Green Card petitions, Student visas, H-1B visas, F-1 visas, immigration compliance, and immigration case management; familiarity with Form I-9 requirements and E-Verify processes is a plus; strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS systems; experience with Workday is a plus; strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset
