Position: IHOP Server/Waiter/Waitress
About: IHOP is seeking a Server/Waiter/Waitress who will guide guests through their IHOP experience with exceptional service, menu knowledge, and top-notch hospitality. The servers represent the face of the IHOP brand, making genuine care for guests’ wellbeing and a welcoming smile essential for success in this role. Duties include expediting orders, adhering to guest check and cash control standards, addressing guest complaints promptly, stocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in the service and dining areas.
Requirements: A qualified applicant must demonstrate punctuality, professionalism, teamwork, self-motivation, reliability, and a strong work ethic. They should possess good communication skills, be able to lift 5-15 pounds, stand for up to 8 hours, and perform motions such as pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous use of fingers and wrists.
