Position: IHOP Server/Waiter/Waitress
About: IHOP is seeking Servers/Waiters/Waitresses who will lead guests through their IHOP experience with exceptional service, menu knowledge, and hospitality. The ideal candidates will represent the IHOP brand with a friendly smile and genuine care for guest satisfaction.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; punctuality, good grooming, teamwork, self-motivation, and strong work ethic; excellent communication skills; ability to lift 5-15 pounds, stand for up to 8 hours, perform physical tasks like pushing, pulling, and continuous use of fingers and wrists
