Position: IHOP Host/Hostess
About: This job opportunity is for a Host/Hostess position where you will have the chance to create a lasting first impression for our guests through prompt, cheerful, and courteous welcomes. Greeting guests with a smile and ensuring their comfort is a key responsibility of this role. Other duties include opening doors for arrivals and departures, accommodating special guest needs like boosters and highchairs, managing an online waitlist, handling phone calls, taking and packaging to-go orders, and assisting servers with various tasks.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; punctuality and reliability; good communication skills; ability to lift 5-15 pounds; capable of standing for up to 8 hours; adept at physical tasks involving pushing, pulling, and continuous use of fingers and wrists
