Position: IHOP Host/Hostess
About: This position is for a Host/Hostess role, where you will have the opportunity to provide a memorable first impression to guests by promptly, cheerfully, and courteously welcoming them. Greeting guests with a smile and making them feel welcome is a key aspect of this position. Other duties include opening the door for arriving and departing guests, accommodating special needs like boosters, highchairs, and disabilities, answering the phone, managing an online waitlist, taking, entering, and packaging to-go orders, providing guest assistance to servers, serving food and drinks, and cleaning tables.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; good communication skills; ability to lift 5-15 pounds; able to stand for up to 8 hours; occasional use of motion involving pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
