Position: IHOP General Manager
About: IHOP is seeking a General Manager to manage operations in the front and back of the house, focusing on profitability and sales growth while upholding quality and service standards. The General Manager will supervise IHOP restaurant employees and ensure daily operational excellence in a fun and supportive environment that values growth and success.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and two to four years of related experience and/or training; ability to speak, read, and write in English; strong mathematical and reasoning skills; valid Driver’s License; certification through assigned IHOP training courses
